You are also supposed to notify us immediately if any suspicious activity or any unauthorized access was observed. Your account might be closed if we find anything objectionable or any does not follow our terms of services and is in accordance with our privacy policy.
You must uphold all the conditions set out in the payment section unless explicitly modified by Chekin. Charges for all services shall be set out on the website and shall be correct at the time of placing an order.
Accountants are responsible for their own content and all the information, image, graphics, logo, symbols inscribed in it. You represent that you own, or have the necessary permissions to use and authorize the use of Your Content as described herein. You may not imply that Your Content is in any way sponsored or endorsed by Chekin. You will be subjected to liability if your content in any ways hurts or offends any person, for example hurting religious sentiments, outrage the modesty of any individual, display any pornographic or sexually explicit material, promotes racial abuse, hatred, mislead clients or businesses. Any content which is deemed not fit will be blocked and your account might be blocked immediately as well.
Chekin and its licensors own all rights in the intellectual property rights relating to the Website. Where you are a User, you warrant and represent that you own or are licensed to use any and all the Intellectual Property Rights in any User Submissions. You are prohibited from reproducing, copying, editing, transmitting, uploading or incorporating into any other materials, any of the Website including without limitation, any images, articles and write-ups made available on the Website; and removing, modifying, altering or using any registered or unregistered marks/logos/design owned by Chekin and/or its licensors, and doing anything which may be seen to take unfair advantage of the reputation and goodwill of Chekin or could be considered an infringement of any of the rights in the intellectual property rights owned by and/or licensed to Chekin.

You agree to indemnify, hold, defend Chekin Entities (Chekin Company, Employer and Employees, related affiliates or any third party) of all the cost, liability and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any person or group of persons, or company arising out of or relating to – your access in any way of our website and subscribing to our services or any infringement by you or any other person using your account. Chekin will not be held responsible for any misconduct, cost or legality arising due to any action from your account. No failure or delay by us in exercising any right under these Terms of Service will operate as a waiver of that right nor will any single or partial exercise by us of any right preclude any further exercise of any right. Chekin will also not be held responsible for any payments not being made to Accountants by Clients (Individuals/Businesses) or any penalty that has to be made by the Client (Individuals/Businesses) for the delay or lapses made by your Accountant.
We register complaints from both Accountants and Clients with respect to but not limited to use of the site, misconduct from any party, objections to certain content or any information. To register complaints you can drop an email. All complaints received will normally be entertained within 48 working hours. There can be delays in reverting to your complaints for which we will not be held responsible.
Accountants are responsible for ensuring that Clients (Individuals/Businesses) deliverables (for example timely payment of tax, registering for businesses) are delivered on time with quality. Accountants are also responsible for getting documents, information, registered address and other information from the Client. Accountants are also responsible for getting their payments from their respective Clients. Chekin is not responsible for any delay in providing documents or payment by Clients. Accountants can give review for a particular Client on our review system which will be visible to all. However, no Accountant should use any language or content that is deemed offensive to the Client while reviewing the Client. Similarly, Chekin will not be held responsible or liable for any review being made by the Client for an Accountant. All reviews made by Clients for an Accountant are based on their experience with that particular Accountant and Chekin does not provide any information that might alter Clients opinion.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all documents and necessary information being asked by the Accountant are fulfilled and delivered on time. Chekin is not responsible for any lapse or any penalty that has to be paid by the Client arising due to the Accountants activity. Client can provide review for a particular Accountant. However, no Client should use any language or content that is deemed offensive to the Accountant while reviewing the Client. Similarly, Chekin will not be held responsible or liable for any review being made by the Accountant for a Client. All reviews made by Accountants for a Client are based on their experience with that particular Client and Chekin does not provide any information that might alter Accountants opinion.
Chekin is a platform where Individuals/Businesses can find an Accountant suitable for their accounting requirements. Similarly, Accountants can approach Individuals/Businesses and quote their prices. How we suggest Individuals/Businesses relevant Accountants is based on our algorithm which takes multiple factors under consideration, for example, Accountants current location, their ratings by existing or previous Clients.
You expressly acknowledge and agree that use of the Chekin and the service is entirely at your own risk and that the platform and the service are provided on an "as is" or "as available" basis.
Chekin is not liable and does not take any responsibility for the content, views, comments made by Accountants or Clients (Individuals/Businesses). Chekin is also not responsible for (i) inaccuracies of content (ii) misleading or false promises by Accountants or Clients(Individuals/Businesses) (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any and all personal information and/or financial information stored therein, (iv) deletion or modification of users account.
Chekin does not warrant, endorse, guarantee, or assume responsibility for any service advertised or offered by an accountant through the platform or any hyperlinked website or featured in any banner or other advertising, and Chekin will not be a party to or in any way be responsible for monitoring any transaction between you and/or other users and/or third-party providers of products or services. As with the purchase of a product or service through any medium or in any environment, you should use your best judgment and exercise caution where appropriate.
If Chekin fails at any time to insist upon strict performance of its obligations under these Terms, or if it fails to exercise any of the rights or remedies to which it is entitled to under these Terms, this will not constitute a waiver of any such rights or remedies and shall not relieve you from complying with such obligations.
We may reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the site on our sole discretion without any prior notice or any liability. If any provision of the terms is invalid or unenforceable, then based on Chekin’s judgment only that provision shall be modified to reflect the parties intention or modified to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable. The section titles in the Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
